私たちがファラフェルっとゆう食べ物を知ったのは数年前です。
ドイツに行った時に初めて食べたのがきっかけです。
ファーストフードのようなメジャーな食べ物。
とても素朴な味。
ひよこ豆を素揚げしたコロッケ風の揚げ物と野菜をピタパンにはさんでそのお店のオリジナルソースで食べる。
ヘルシーで栄養バランスもいいファラフェルにすっかりハマってしまいました。
私たちは日本ではあまり知られていないファラフェルを食べてほしいと思う気持ちで
ＧＯＬＤ ＦＡLＡＦＥＬオリジナルのファラフェルをつくりました。
食材の味をいかすため化学調味料はいっさい入っていません。
ファラフェルもソースも手作りです。
